Dear Tom;

This month marks our 20th year using BCC, Inc. software for our Accounting and Job Costing needs; so I just wanted to send you a note of thanks for 20 years of outstanding service. Please feel free to use this note as a letter of recommendation for your prospects.

Over the past 20 years, three companies and five bookkeepers we have never missed a day’s accounting because of a software problem. The software is extremely easy to use, yet very flexible. I often credit the design flow of BCC for making our accounting processes understandable to non-accounting personnel. Your software is easy to use and it is extremely flexible. If one of the built in reports does not contain the information we need BCC allows us to transfer data to Excel or create custom reports. We have yet to find an accounting situation where BCC has not provided us an easy answer.

The software is also very fast. We have had payroll runs with over 150 employees posted to 20 or more jobs and the system does not slow down or take minutes to generate reports.
