Hello my name is Steven Bez. I am one of two owners of MasterCraft Heating and Cooling Company which is located in Redford, Michigan. My primary goal at MasterCraft is to provide excellence in all areas of heating, air conditioning, plumbing, duct cleaning and electrical service to my customers. My formula for success begins with and ends with my customer's satisfaction. With one hundred years of combined experience, MasterCraft has expertise to service any home or business in southeastern Michigan. We are a family-owned business and a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau and an active member in the Chamber of Commerce in Redford. Why do I mention all of this? Because it is important for you to understand who I am and what my company strives to achieve when I tell you that I could not be this successful were it not for the excellent software we use called Dispatch Manager. Software that was provided by Thomas Persha founder and owner of BCC, Inc. Software that runs my entire dispatching function and provides for instant review of all my customer’s information.

MasterCraft has recently acquired the service contracts of Blue Dot, Kast, Cherry Hill and Bruce Wigle customers. These acquisitions have greatly added to our customer list but because of Dispatch Manager we did not have to add any office personnel. We simply added those customer records to our already large customer database and we were off and running. Right now our customer base totals roughly 15,000 records and access to those records with look ups by name, address, city or phone numbers is virtually instantaneous.

We have required changes to the software to fit our rigorous requirements and Tom has always responded in a timely and professional manner. Life for my telephone operators and dispatch managers has been greatly simplified by Dispatch Manager and by the changes that Tom has made for us over the years. That’s right years! MasterCraft Heating and Cooling has been using this program since 2004.

Our Company prides itself on our commitment to our customers. Most of our new business comes from satisfied customers and their referrals to friends and neighbors. We have so many satisfied customers and we get so many referrals because Dispatch Manager helps us to be the best HVAC Contractor in southeastern Michigan.
